poBitmap - A portable bitmap editor

poBitmap is a tool written in Tcl/Tk to view and manipulate X-Window bitmaps.
Functionality is similar to the standard bitmap tool available on Unix systems, i.e. left mouse button sets pixel values, right mouse button clears pixel values.

Feature list:

Based on Tcl/Tk 8.5 and Tile widgets
Bitmap browser
Generation of Tcl packages out of a series of bitmaps.
Bitmap rotation.
Save bitmaps in several image formats (needs Img extension).
